What we do

  • Advocate & Advise: We act as the community’s voice, relaying feedback on programs, facilities, and capital projects, and suggesting ways the park can better serve all users.

  • Activate the Park: By organizing clean-ups, cultural events, and family activities, we help residents discover and enjoy everything Ken-Well offers while boosting participation in Chicago Park District programs .

  • Secure Resources: The PAC helps locate grants, sponsorships, and fundraising partners to enhance playgrounds, gardens, and recreational spaces .

  • Inform & Connect: We keep the neighborhood up to date on park news and foster collaboration among local schools, businesses, and community groups.
